Dr. Elamaran’s Thoracic & Vascular Surgical Centre is the most trusted specialty Hospital in cuddalore. It was started in 2008 by Dr.Elamaran M.B.B.S.,M.S(Gen.Surg).,MCh(CTVS). The first full time Thoracic and Vascular Surgeon to start Endovascular surgery and Minimal invasive Thoracic surgery in Cuddalore.

The Surgical Unit’s thrust was on introducing newer and latest techniques in various fields of Thoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery to establish the hospital as one of the premier institutions of the country. Patients are referred not only from across the city but also from the neighbouring cities. The hospital is now firmly established as one of the premier tertiary referral centres in this part of Tamilnadu.

The strongest feature of the hospital has been the proper blend of clinical and academic activities and the steady and planned increase of team members so that the services provided have been all encompassing and UpToDate. Apart from being one of the largest clinical unit, the hospital is well known for it’s academic activities.

In 2016 The Hospital also became the first hospital in Cuddalore providing excellent quality medical care to patients.

The hospital also offers excellent comprehensive services in Varicose veins-Endovenous (Laser/RF ablation) and Minimal Invasive Surgery, Limb ischemia – Open and Endovascular, AV Fistula, AV graft and AVF salvage, DVT management, Diabetic foot, Carotid endarterectomy, Aortic surgeries.
